First, let me say "Ask for Tanya!" She was amazing to work with. Started our meeting off by asking what our budget was, then asked what wiggle room we had, and what style we were looking for. We explained that we REALLY needed to stay within our budget. There are THOUSANDS of choices here, but Tanya brought out boards that matched our style. It was like she knew us. We didn't have to get confused by combing through every single piece of hardware in the showroom (we COULD have, but this was oh so much nicer!). She guided us along room by room of our new construction, asking questions, answering our questions, making suggestions, and patiently waiting for our choices. By the time we left the showroom, we felt as though our house was going to be uniquely ours and we were extremely happy with our experience! This morning I received a call from Tanya to let us know that our order was ready AND, more importantly, WE WERE UNDER BUDGET! WOW! Thank you again, Tanya! ~Martin & Rosalyn
