Initially I thought FINS was ok and doing the job of teaching my kids to swim. But, more recently I was left with a sour taste in my mouth. Swim lessons are expensive all around town, so if you choose FINs make sure you never miss a lesson. Their cancellation practices are tight with no room for negotiation. After paying $100 cancellation fee I was left feeling like I was just a number in their books and they didn't really care about my family, just concerned with making money off me.
