I have been to this location several times for underarms and bikini wax and have seen a few different girls, but yesterday I saw Diana for the first time and she was fantastic!! The other girls are nice, but have had to use multiple strips in the same area to get full results and some have even left many hairs behind, resulting in me having to return the next day to have it redone, which is NOT fun. Diana got it all the first attempt and did not have to keep reapplying. She is also very friendly and attentive. I was exhausted and delirious and I'm pretty sure I was rambling on about all the craziness happening in my life right now and she conversed with me the whole time and did not make me feel like a crazy person. She is the best all around and I will continue to see her only from now on! Thank you, Diana, for excellent customer service!
