Find another dry cleaners. Ruined my shirt and then called me a liar and refused any compensation to make it right.

AVOID! Took a really nice shirt and turned it into trash. Manager called me a liar, accused me of causing stains (covered front and back), and refused any compensationStay away, far, far away

Had a terrible experience at this business that I'd been patronizing for quite some time. I left two fairly expensive dress shirts to be dry cleaned. When I arrived to pick up my shirts, both had brown spots which looked like rust stains on them. I alerted the counter person and she marked the shirts and promised to re-do them. The next day when I came to claim my garments, the stains were still there. The cleaners re-cleaned my shirts several times and the stains never came out. It took me more than two weeks to make contact with owner/operator Tim Duong (832-761-5536). Mr. Duong advised me that there was nothing that he could do about the issue, told me to do whatever I wanted and advised me that he would not replace my clothing. This business has lost a regular customer and I would suggest that anyone who doesn't want some of the same terrible service to go elsewhere.

I usually don't write review on this kind of things but it is so bad that I have to write a review about it. Long story short, they want me to pay for a ticket that I have already paid. And I am not paying for something that I have paid already. RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE IF YOU HAVE OTHER CHOICES!!!

Terrible took in jeans and shirts to be starched. Paid $98 to receive wet non starched clothing! Rude customer service and they had the audacity to give me a $20 Bill thinking that would make it okay so I basically payed $68 for wet clothes. Light colored jeans were dirty due to their presses not being clean. No stars and no recommendation for this place.

Beware!! I will never use this dry cleaner again. Paid to have some pants altered. One pair was too short so I took them back to have the hem corrected. They were argumentative and refused to make the correction. I have never been treated so poorly by a business that I have used over 10 years.
