Had a good experience with the evaluation, Dr. Boyle and Kathleen. We ended up finding a new facility after the front office staff repeatedly confused our family members accounts and eventually wanted to charge a no show fee. For example: I'd make an appointment for my husband and they'd book it under my son. Everyone was always confused when we'd get to the office for our appointments. We spent a lot of time trying to explain which account was which. Eventually it resulted in them charging a no show fee for one of the names they incorrectly booked the appointment under. At that point we decided to find another office.
