Waste of time - I booked to have 2 vehicles detailed using their Mobile detailing service. The booking was made 1 week ahead. I called at 5 minutes before they were to be here on the day they were to come, with the intention of adding another vehicle if they had the time, and was told the they were just loading the Van. Called another hour later, as still no one and got a different person, stated he would have the manager call back with update. NOW 4 Hours later, I've given up - they never showed, nor did a manager call to investigate. Apparently they have so much business the 3 complete details doesn't need a reply.
