I had the worst experience using this agency to plan my trip. I started planning the trip a year and half before we planned to go and I should have known from the lack of responses to my emails that I should have never continued to work with these individuals. She told me I would have an all inclusive stay at Atlantis and one month before we were scheduled to go I emailed her to confirm that everything was set which she informed me that now the trip was not going to be all inclusive. I was devastated because I knew how expensive Atlantis was and now we would be forced to pinch our pennies during the whole vacation. She charged me 4,000.00 to stay in a room at Atlantis and nothing was included. I asked for a refund or credit to help compensate for the unplanned expenses and she never even replied. Do not ever use this company it was the most devastating experience when it should have been a trip of a life time.
