I loved the owner, who happened to be there. The girl that did my hair had her own interpretation of what I wanted. Because of medical reasons I had not had my hair colored in over a year and needed someone to use foils on my hair so as to keep the chemicals off of my skin. When I first 20 and I said I needed low lights all over to cover 100% of my hair. The girl doing my hair said as she was coloring my hair "I'm going to leave some of the gray showing through so it will look like highlights". I said "no please don't my husband will not like that" and at which point she said "that will be too many foils". I explained I needed color all over my hair at which point she should've suggested another method, if there was another method. I became an easy when she was telling me what she was going to do and not listening to what I wanted. I will never go back there unless they can correct the problem she created. I don't believe that it was a matter of a language barrier or miscommunication because her English was quite good. Loved the atmosphere, that really dislike the girl who did my hair. My advice to you is , " when anyone is providing a personal service like this, you need to walk out when they begin to tell you what they want to do to your hair; and that it will take too many foils to color your hair the way you want to have it done ."
