I am only giving 1 star because I cannot give 0. Absolutely terrible dry cleaners. Why advertise same day service when it's rarely there on time? I am not a high maintenance customer, I can handle my clothes being late every once in a while. But I had a very expensive pair of dress pants that I needed for a job interview the next day and not only did they not come back in time, but they were completely ruined, they were burnt from the pressers and the lady at the front counter tried to tell me that I had brought them in like that. I asked for the owner's number and she refused to give it to me so I left her my card and asked her to have him give me a call so we could come to an agreement. Never got a phone call, I waited for 2 weeks. Unacceptable, dry cleaning is not cheap in The Woodlands, and to have my items ruined and not even receive a phone call is ridiculous. Do NOT give these people your business.
