cell er fixed my samsung note 5 and after severeal months its still functioning great! desptite them bieng busy they got my repair done same day when samsung store told me 2 - 3 days

Dropped my phone off to have the screen replaced at 5:15 and told the guy behind the desk to save my Zagg tempered glass screen protector so I could pay a replacement fee rather than having to pay the full amount. I was told it would be ready in an hour so I returned at 6:15. I was then informed that my polarizer needed to be replaced which would be an extra $40 on top of a $60 groupon. While explaining this, he ripped a piece off to show me so i had no choice but to agree. When he finally finished at 7:15, he handed me the phone with gaps in the top right and bottom left corners but he blamed it on the small dents in my phone. He handed me my phone without my case and I had to ask for it back. When I asked for my screen protector back, he said he threw it away because it was broken. He installed a tempered glass protector from the store for free but it has bubbles underneath. My phone now won't respond in the bottom left corner which makes using the keyboard impossible.
