Don't walk away from CBS, run. My experience with CBS installing a sprinkler system was a nightmare. The crew was unsupervised, I had to stop them for putting sprinkler heads on neighbors property, apparently no final test of system was done, no one showed me how to run the system, manager was resentful when I told him of the deficiencies I had made a list of claiming all of his crew were experts and didn't need supervision and showed his attitude when I required him to personally come out to fix the problems. The conversation was at times heated. I was so fearful I was going to be charged the balance before resolution of the problems I put a hold on my credit card.

Horrible! Worst company I have...

Horrible! Worst company I have ever dealt with. A pure nightmare! Terrible customer service, they have no clue how to treat people or resolve issues.

Run from them as far as you can. There are a lot of other good options out there. The company takes prides in hiring and supporting students but they should be embarrassed of their work and customer service.


The other negative reviews reflect exactly my personal experience.

Called on Wednesday for sprinkler system repair and was guaranteed they would be there on thursday. Alledgedly they came out before our scheduled appt and said the part they needed wasn't with technician. They said tech would be back between 9-11 on Saturday. At 11:00 I called and they said sorry they would have to reschedule. I made it clear on Wednesday I would be on vacation next week and actually verified n friday they aould fix on saturday. They said the tech came out but was turned away at guard shack. This was a blatant lie just like they told me after 11 on saturday the tech would be out in a hour. They did not ever return my calls after 12 and with service protocol as exhibited today dont know how theymare still in business.
My golf buddy also had a appt today and CBS services was a no show for him also.
I give them a less than 1 on a scale f 10

CBS Services came out to my property to repair and upgrade my sprinkler system. They were well informed, honest and gave me the best deal compared to all competitors. I would definitely recommend and plan to use them again for landscaping and updating my pool.

We had major sprinkler changes needed to our system after we installed a new swimming pool this summer. These guys did an outstanding job for us. In fact, after they did the work, we had to have them come back and make some changes when we added landscaping...and they did it for no additional charge. I highly recommend these guys!

DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY. A two-day job ended up requiring almost four weeks to complete, and was only completed after putting their deposit (charged on a credit card) in dispute. These folks are totally disorganized; they over-promise and under-deliver. They did not show up two thirds of the time they said they would, they tore up our yard, and left trash and debris around. The work was done properly, and office staff are polite and empathetic, but this is not worth the effort.

They came out on a friday to give me an estimate on repairing my leaky pool pipe. I was assured they would be there Monday at 10:00 am to fix it. They even took down my credit card number. They never showed up. I called. The office several times and was told they were coming. Nope. Also, their receptionist frequently primised to call me back and didnt. I had to keep calling, only for them to never show up

Well I never write reviews but the customer service that I received yesterday was very unusual. I called them out to my home to attempt to identify where a water leak was coming from (I assumed the sprinkler system). They dug three holes and in one of the holes, it was noticed that the hose to my water softener was damaged/cut (which was right next to the sprinkler system pipe). We brought it to the technician's attention that they must has initially (at installation of the system damaged that hose), because CBS has been the only company that has dug holes throughout my yard (front and back). He said no problem...he would repair the hose. Assuming that that was the problem I agreed for him to repair it. He also capped of the water from the main valve to wait for a few weeks to allow the ground to dry then he would come back to determine if the leak was fixed (I said ok). When I got the bill, it shows $89.00 plus $80 to repair the broken hose (total $169)! I could not believe it, specially since the tech never did all the things that's covered by the initial $89.00 (check the entire system). The fact that he added $80 to repair something I'm 100% sure they broke. So I called their office to complain about the charge and the Rep. David answered the phone after explaining everything to him, he asked me how long ago did they install the system, I told him 7 years ago....and he literally busted out laughing uncontrollably in my face (over the phone). I was immediately offended by his laughter and asked him what was it about what I said, that he found so funny...he said the fact that you say that we installed the system 7 years, I asked him why was that so funny, do you guys re-install systems every year or do you not install systems that are built to last 7 years? He then went on to say that they can't be liable for something that happened back then (as he continued to laugh). At that point his laughter was upsetting me even more because he justified it (after I had already told him that I was offended by it). I informed him that his actions were not in anyway professional and if I where to speak to and laugh at a customer that called me at my District Office with a complaint... it could be detrimental to my job and doing so would never be an option to me. It's very disrespectful and I would assume that the owner Wade would certainly disagree with his actions. Needless to say the $80.00 was removed from my bill. I will continue doing business with CBS as they are the company that installed the system, but I hope to get better treatment in the future (expecially since they'll have to come back in a couple of weeks). I hope never to get David on the phone again. NOTE: I read all the reviews before doing business with CBS, I was discouraged but when I meet personally with the owner, I was assured that I would be pleased with the job and after the sell service. Well............

Horrible customer service!. They were suppose to come out on Saturday morning. No show. Called to ask if there was an issue. They said they couldn't find my address. Gave it to them AGAIN. Was promised the person who be coming. No show still. Called again. Said their repair guy went to other site but would be able to repair my system in the afternoon. Still no show. I normally don't write bad reviews. However, if you waste my entire Saturday waiting for you to show up to my home without a courtesy call about having issues meeting your own timeline, then you get this type of review!

Wow, I wish that I would have read these reviews about CBS before we called them out to repair our system! We paid almost $300 to repair a leak and replace a few sprinkler heads. After agreeing over the phone to pay an $89 fee plus parts we were ALSO charged an additional $120 for leak repair. This is VERY disappointing because the possibility of additional charges was NOT disclosed... We explained over the phone that we had a leak and a few bad heads and clearly communicated the problems... The $89 was supposed to cover the leak repair and other costs associated with a service call... VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN CBS... ESPECIALLY AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE GM & OWNER ABOUT OUR COMPLAINT. WILL NOT CALL AGAIN!!

Never use this company. The customer service is so bad and the quality of their product is not worth anything. It took 2 months to install my system. I am so thankful for my city requirements. The system was not installed correctly and had to be redone. Excuses and lies. Run as fast as you can to another vendor. Don't use this company.
