Initially had an appointment set for one bath and two nail clippings at 3:00 pm. Groomer texted the day of and insisted that the appointment be moved up. I notified her at that time that I would only be able to be home for one hour during the day as I have a job. She agreed to this time frame. Both dogs were cut badly while nails were clipped, and bled all over the house. One dog was left completely wet. When I texted groomer about my disappointment, she told me to use another groomer instead.Would definitely not recommend.
