Provided by YP.comTerrible Pharm won't take insurance, very cheap people working there. Made me wait there for 40mins to only tell me they "won't take a loss" sounds like a illegal, I have blue cross blue shield and the RX GENERIC IS 10$ they wanted 40$ HAHA what scammers.
