Called them out for a drain problem I was having, half of my house was clogged. They were very prompt, they fixed the issue and clean my bathroom better than it was before they arrived. The plumber and his helper were very knowledgeable and friendly. Price was decent compared to alot of the big companies. I'm very satisfied with my service and will be doing business with y'all for years to come!

We used these people in November for a plugged sink line and it could not have been a worse experience. I called them up for a quote and the dispatcher gave me a price range over the phone which I wrote down. Then the plumber came the next morning and it took him about fifteen minutes to snake the drain. He handed me a bill almost twice the amount they quoted me. I refused to pay and had the plumber connect me to the office. I told them the same thing, that I was not going to pay twice the quote, especially since it took fifteen minutes.



They never got back to me so a week later, I called them and asked what the resolution was. They said the had not decided. Another week went by and I called tem again. They told me that they would send me a bill on the high end of the range they previously quoted me.



I never got the bill so I called them again. Oh, they sent it to the physical address, not the mailing address. A week later, the bill finally shows up, I write a check and send it to them.



One month later, I get a notification from an attorney that they are pursuing collection since I did not pay the bill. After numerous phone calls over the Holidays, I sent a copy of the check to the attorneys and they backed off. I still have not heard from AAaction Plumbing for an apology or anything.



If these people were the last plumbers in the world, I would go without plumbing.
