Went up to visit a friend in Spring, and he recommended the place because it was under new management. They had a pretty lobby, from what I heard, it was a new one, and they treated me very well. Oil change went smoothly without any problems. Would definitely go again, if opportunity arrived, and a sure recommend for anyone else.

Myself and my employees have been going to 2920 car wash for at least 10 years for oil change and several times a month for car wash. Went there today for a oil change and the service manager handed me a clip board to sign my name and phone number before the oil change. I told him I didn't give out my phone number and he refused service without it and told me to leave. I have spread the word to my employees and friends and they can't believe it.

My 81 year old grandmother took her car here for an oil change and they did not put oil back into her car. Needless to say the car needed a new engine. Finally got in contact with the owner after many attempts and was told he would only pay for the damage if they were to do the repair work at the oil change shop themselves. They couldn't handle a simple oil change and they think they're going to replace an engine?! Stay away from this place. There is a reason they have an 'F' rating at the BBB.

Horrible experience! $180 in damages to my car and they still charged me for the oil change. That $5 coupon is not worth it! Synopsis: The technicians were actually very professional and honest, accidentally broke a valve stem off and informed me right away. The "service" desk immediately denied any such occurance took place, I had to go get the broken piece for them to believe me. Then the "management" first offered to pay for the damages, until I told them it was a special order item that could only be replaced by the dealer and was not going to cost the $5 that he estimated, Five minutes later he took some photos from his cell phone and reluctantly submitted a write-up to the corporate office. A few days later, "corporate" informed me this was a pre-existing condition and they were not responsible. My argument that this was not physically possible (dealer informed me they are aluminum, do not rust, and was likely leaned on during the inflation process) held no bearing. They were obviously not concerned with my repeat business or the sub standard BBB rating. - I never write reviews, too much effort, but felt a responsibility to the general public to not let this happen to anyone else.Tip: Go someplace else! Don't fall for the coupon, it will be very costly in the end!

Terrible. Basic theives. Dont let them wash your car. Wasted 30 $.
