Phenomenal Experience!!!!!

We would recommend West Michigan Roofing based on several major factors.

1.) Timing: Reasonably punctual from initial consultation to crew showing up, and efficiency in completion.

2.) Professionalism: The initial inspection, thorough product explanation/ knowledge, Felt comfortable with the entire staff from A-Z.

3.) Product Choice & Warranty: Thorough explanation and we actually received a registered warranty from the manufacturer!!!

4.) Finished Job: WOW!!!!! They went above & beyond our expectations. We find ourselves being pretty particular and hard to please at times, although our grading may be based on a sliding scale.. Our experience is more than words can express. We still get plenty of compliments from Friends, Family, & Neighbors.



Our house went from the "Ugly Duckling" to the Gorgeous Swan.

beware once you pay these people you will never hear from them again! I had problems with ventilation after my roof was installed. I called and left messages with the sales, office, manager and owner. I was never contacted back. They definitely do not live up to there so called A+ rating. I give them an F!

Avoid this outfit! They did a poor job on my mother's roof. Workmanship was poor and the roof leaded several times immediately after they completed the job.
