Wanted 4 new tires, alignment & oil change. Tires are great, other than 1 of my TPMS sensors is now dead after getting new tires put on. Alignment was a disaster. After several hours on the alignment rack was told I needed outer tie rod ends. Huh? First off that should have been checked in the beginning not 2 hours into it. 2nd off the truck has 20000 miles! Was quoted some astronomical price with tie rod ends, labor & alignment. wait a minute you just charged me for an alignment that your mechanic totally screwed up. Steering wheel was straight before it came in to your shop but was turned 5 degrees from center when I left. So I take van to a reputable shop to get an alignment. Never say a word about your shop. They call me 2 hours later and tell me its all done. I go to pick up my van and the first thing the service advisor asks me. Who was working on that van? I started laughing and said why you ask? He proceeded to tell me that they (your shop) had my alignment so messed up (and oh by the way your mechanic left his flashlight up under my truck too.) So I then tell them what you told me about needing tie rod ends. He starts laughing hysterically and says. That is the first thing we check before doing an alignment and no sir your tie rod ends do not need replaced! With that being said and the fact your mechanics screwed up on of my tire sensors I asked them to change the oil for me just because I don't trust anything your mechanics did. Lesson learned. Run from these people and run fast. Totally incompetent!
