Would definitely consider avoiding purchasing a bird from these folks. They sell unwanted babies to folks with no knowledge that result in dead birds. Then they claim they never did it.

these store owners were very nice and took great pride in helping me in any way possible with my macaw we had a injury loading him into his cage to take him there to get his wings and everything else done to him thinking it was a blood feather they helped us any way possible told us we needed to get him to the vet he proceeded while I applied pressure and his wife to stop the bleeding and with blood stop . it worked for a few seconds but then blood would come out again they finished doing his nails beak and wings while we held pressure to his scrape hence scrape to under his wing they tried to help my family in anyway possible with our new addition and that showed us we will continue to use them for everything. we rushed him to an emergency vet they cauterized his little paper cut and realized we didn't pay them for the everything the nail trimming and ect. NOT to mention the work trying to stop his bleeding these owners of the store went out of there duties to help us I called them the next afternoon to tell them we rushed out so fast to the vet we DIDN'T PAY them .I was told by the owner NOT to worry it was on them didn't care about the money she was up all nite worried about our bird and if he was ok ?not the money I will use and recommend them for all your bird needs and to purchase one they have very healthy birds and tame too they have experience with macaws and gave us great pointers. our family will never forget what they did for us.

I would say, I would not buy, or frequent this store, the amount of BS I've been through with these people is incredible, I spent way to much on a baby Blue and Gold that will never be right. I've been told to do one thing by Joe (the owner) and then when I told him I followed your instructions. He'd say " I never said that"...."why did you do that?" Um because you told me too? Then he says "I've been doing this for thirty years" then it's 35, then 40 years, well which is it.....or is it just since you've been born....? Then after speaking to his mother she says he's been doing this for over seven years...wow that's a little shy of thirty isn't it....??? I'm so confused, The baby he sold us has Borna Virus, she was sold to us with a bad crop, she/he was smaller, and we have spent over 800.00 in vet bills, he has never said "Hey....I'm sorry you're having so many problems with her, let me help"....But he is more than happy to tell you he has made 300,000 dollars this year selling birds....But now I'm wondering how many die at his hand because he is selling sick birds, hopefully the people how buy them know how to recognize a sick bird.....No I would not recommend this store or any advice he gives regarding anything....Anything.......

I've been dealing with Joe and Roseann for 2+ yrs. We've bought a bird from them, and a ton of supplies in that time. They do our nail/wing trims on all our birds. I feel they are the most knowledgeable shop in the area. I look forward to continued business with them.

Great selection of bird toys and food , dog food . Great Parrots . I bought quite a few Parrots from Joe and Roseann . After knowing them for 2 years , they always said call us for help and information on Parrots . One day I tried to make an appointment for my birds trims ... Joe never returned my calls . Then one of the Parrots I bought was loosing weight , I asked Joe to look at the bird , He said to call , I did leave a message . Joe never returned my call . I had to bring the bird to the vet . I was disappointed . The Vet helped me . Now I bring my Parrots to the Vet for Trims . So good luck with Joe .

We went to this store to learn more about owning a bird. Of course we left with a Severe Macaw. Kiwi has been a great addition to our family, we love him so much.



Joe and Roseanne are so helpful to new bird owners and we can call them anytime with questions. Very possible we end getting another bird from them. I don't think I would go anywhere else to find a bird companion.
