I have an insurance plan, First Choice. I waited for 5 days with another company to arrive.. no one ever called or showed. Finally another company was called for the job..
Jim from Pool Medics showed on time and was super helpful and professional. My insurance plan First Choice on the other hand was not.. Jim called told them the problem was with the chlorinator which they said wasn't covered.. Jim was very patient and continued to object.. The First Choice had him on hold for a length of time and he never lost his patience..he stayed and completed the job.
I recommend POOL MEDICS on County Line Road to anyone with a pool by far they are the best!!
Honest, courteous, and keeps their appointment.

Keith came to diagnose our water flow problem and fixed it very quickly for a surprisingly low price. He was very personable and professional. Our first call won't be our last! Highly recommend!
