Bibi does an amazing job with me all the time. She wears a mask, has me wash my hands first and is always pleasant. My spouse has Lynn do his nails and he is always satisfied with what a good job she does. They also do a great pedicure. If any criticism, they could use more massage on hands and fingers when finished.

I've been with Nick and Mimi and Twin longer than I can remember. They offer excellent customer service, aim to please and take pride in perfection. My nails are always perfect and complimented even after 3 to 4 weeks. My personal rating for Nicholas Nails will always be 1 Million STARS!

I made an appointment and still had to wait 40 minutes. I had a French manicure done on my real nails. She used the white they draw designs with and it was chipping off within a day. Normally I get a full week. The people that work there are not friendly and can make you feel like you are a bother

I was appalled by how dirty it was there, yet how busy it was also. It's not a good sigm when you ask to wash tour hands first and they tell you not to because it doesn't matter. My goodness. The woman doing my nails had an attitude that wasn't very friendly. I would be ok with that if the work was good and the place was clean. I sat in horror, stunned, as she messed up my nails and hurt me with that drill bot that wasused on I don't know how many others that day without being cleaned. I went for 2 repairs and a fill in. I get a coat of acrylic over my natural nails, they are usually on good shape. Whole fixong a crack in the acrylic, she managed to destroy my natural nail, Iit was jagged and horrible. I forgave her, she "fixed it". The other repair was not done well. The polish looks terrible. I am not hard on my hands AT ALL and the next day not only was the acrylic cracked, but it broke my natural nail. I am so disappointed with my nail experiences here in Spring Hill. I can't believe how bad this place is. It was the worst so far. The search continues. .
