After shopping at several different furniture stores for outdoor furniture for our lanai we stopped at Leaders on our way home. We could not have been more impressed with their selection and the superior quality over anything we had seen at other stores. We bought all of our pieces at the Spring Hill location. Les Carden worked with us and was extremely helpful. They even held our order until our pool was completed. If you are in the market for outdoor furniture check them out, you won't be sorry.

I have purchased furniture for my dining area, living room and outdoor patio. The selection and quality of the purchases I have made, are great. We did have a problem with a recliner chair that did not operate well. Leaders handled the situation and sent the chair back to the manufacture for repair. Leaders stands behind their furniture. Customer service at its best.

We have purchased patio furniture, dining room furniture, and many home accent items from Leaders since moving to Florida. Our purchases were from three of their locations; Naples, Port Richie and most recently Spring Hill. The quality and quantity of the furniture and accessories they carry is excellent and it shows the moment you walk in the door. Each time we've shopped the sales personnel have been extremely helpful and courteous, offering suggestions to assist us with our decorating needs. In Spring Hill, FL, Evelyn Morales-Elton more than met the description of Sales Professional,going out of her way to assist us. Needless to say we will definitely be shopping at Leaders in the future.

About six years ago I bought a very expensive patio chair and four tables. After two years plastic wicker was starting to break. And that time they would replace only the broken ones. Now four years later the rest of the set is all breaking. When invest the kind of money you do, you and hope that well-kept furniture would last longer than six years. They won’t do anything to make it right. If they were recalled The complete set, everything would’ve been fine.

evelyn morales-elton was our salesperson. we just moved here (spring hill, fla) from Milwaukee, wi and needed a patio set for our Florida room AND a console center for our den/tv room. she took alot of time, explained pros and cons of each choice & explained all the options available. we purposely went back to purchase ($2500.00+) when she was there. she deserves a raise !!!!

Leaders has a great selection of accessories to decorate your Florida home. The sales people are real helpful. I will for sure purchase more things from there.

I was very happy with the help I received at Leaders. My husband and I like the tropical look since we bought our home in Florida and Leaders had everything we needed to furnish our living room. The furniture is sturdy rattan and beautiful. We received much knowledge about the furniture from the people that work there. Not only were they courteous but told us all about their products. We are so happy with our purchases that we are on our second order and I am sure more to come.

PURCHASED OUR OUTDOOR RATTAN FURNITURE AND COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY HELPFULL AND THE DELIVERY WAS ON TIME AND SET IN PLACE TO OUR SATISFACTION. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

Sales people are extremely nice. The store loaded with beautiful items to decorate your home. Had a mix up with the cushions that were delivered for dining chairs, but staff fixed it. I love going into this store because everything is just beautiful.

Customer service definitely needs working on here. I purchased a gorgeous, expensive lounge chair. I have a huge truck so getting it home shouldn't have been a problem. The chair does not fold up, it was not packaged in a box or even any plastic wrap. I had to leave my tailgate open with the chair ready to fall out. I asked the salesman if he had any twine or anything to tie down the chair. He said he had nothing. I drove 10 miles home, emergency flashers going, while driving 10 miles per hour on hwy. 19, down northcliffe, & onto Mariner,. Crazy traffic, angry drivers...OMG. I will think twice about ever purchasing there again.

Love my new chair. The fabric and color is exactly what I ordered and the turnaround time from ordering to delivery was also as expected.

I just took delivery of my third glider tub chair. Everytime a guest sits in this chair they can't say enough good about it. It is the most comfortable chair in my house. Thanks for the great service and product. Beth
