Great service. Very reliable!

Have used them in the past for airport service generally with no problem. Scheduled service for a 6:25AM business flight nearly three weeks in advance, prior to leaving on our own two week vacation. Come home from vacation the night before the business flight to find a recording confirming an 8:00AM flight. When I called to correct them, the owner gets all indignant on me for calling so late (I had walked in the door less than a half hour earlier) and starts using profanity. In a time when jobs are where they are and the economy is as it is, this guy needs a better lesson in customer service. There are a lot of other guys on the block now who offer the same service. I wont be back and I will be sure to pass the word.
