Worst dinner experience ever. I ordered chicken fajitas & that was my first mistake! The chicken was per cooked & soaked in lemon pepper then they just threw them on top of the onions. The onions were raw in the center & soggy on the outside, & the green peppers were raw on one side & burnt on the bottom. I think for a $13 fajita, they could at least cook the chicken with the onions! No pride on the plate! My kids ordered burgers well done & they were medium rare. Heed my warning, stay away from Chillis on 19 in Spring Hill Florida!

. We will NEVER go back!

Worst experience at Chili's

My husband and I just left Chili's #366 in Spring Hill with a "bad taste" in our mouths. First of all there was some type of school function going on in there and it was so noisy we could hardly hear each other across the table. Regardless of that, our food should have been alot better. We just moved to this area about 8 mos. ago and have been visiting this Chili's on a regular basis and never had a bad experience. We both ordered the chicken strips from the Sunset Menu. My husband ordered corn on the cob and fries and I had the apples and fries. Both of our fries were lukewarm, his corn on the cob felt like it had just been taken out of the refrigerator and nuked for about 1/2 minute. My apples were cold. We had to ask for ketchup since none was brought to our table. The waitress (Nicole) came back to the table once after we had our food and asked if we wanted more ice tea. We didn't see her again until it was time for the bill and everyone was running around like crazy so we never had the opportunity to tell our waitress our food was not hot. After we paid, we were supposed to get a receipt with a code on it to enter into a contest to win $1,000. The only receipt we received was our credit card receipt. We will probably visit Chili's again, just not this location.
