Bad service and cold food

We had a terrible experience the food was cold. All of it besides the potatoes. They cooked mine and my wife's eggs wrong. The water did not ask if we needed anything,did not fill our drinks, or clean our table off when it was so full stuff was falling on the floor. I never leave food on my plate this time I couldn't help it and it was pritty expensive for a little cafe
