Scam Alert! Randy stole $60 off me and lied to my face!! Brought in an Echo PB500 backpack blower; told me to "buy a new one", something being "scored inside". "UNREPAIRABLE". Then asked me if I wanted to take it back or just leave it. I picked it back up! Fast forward 6 months later and with this COVID19 dug it out while cleaning basement. Looked up about 5 youtube videos and one suggested to get carberatuer adjustments D tool. Order it for $10 dollars and in 5 minutes time had my pb500 running like new again! What a crook; either he doesn't know what he is doing or he is just a thief! Period! If you want the same experience, just bring it to him. Saved myself $300; wonder what would of happened had I just left the machine?! Thankfully he just took me for $60 and not my machine too. Con Artist!! Funny, told my wife when I picked it up that looked like he just pulled spark plug wire to appear as if he inspected it; turns out that was probably the case indeed. Just food for thought on your hard earned $, plenty of other local knowledgeable guys who can JUST GET THE JOB DONE WITHOUT THE DRAMA!!!

Great people and fast service. I have tried some of the other small engine places around Fox lake and Ingleside, Antioch, Round lake, But I will have to say that running right small engine repair is by far the best. Thanks for getting my snowblower fixed so fast. See you in spring.

I had to get my rider , push mower and snow blower fix and thay were able to get them fixed for me in one day and also gave me a 6 month warranty on the work thay did. Randy was so nice to talk to.I would tell my best friend to go here. Thay work on everything that is NOT a car or boat.There open all the time and at night to.

These people are very nice and always get the work done fast and give a 6 month warranty on most of the work thay do for me. I would send my best friend to them.
