Wish it was possible to zero rate this busines, I would not recommend this service at all, I called them to rod the kitchen drain for their advertised price of $60 but after completing the work the technician gave me an invoice for $165. also instead of providing the advertised warranty of 1 year, he crossed it out and mentioned it as 30 days warranty.

Talking to the Manager or Customer Service rep was also no use, This business is a scam, stay away. I ve already logged a complain with BBB

Very upset about their poor service. We had 2 problems, a failed sump pump and a clogged drain. Had an advertisement with coupons for the company so we called. They came out and first said that the sump pump deal they had in the coupon was a piece of junk and recommended one that was twice the price. We had to have the sump installed as I basement was flooding, so we had them go ahead. Then they power rodded the sink drain and charged the $60 as per the coupon we had. The water seemed to run fine when they finished, but the next day not only that sink, but the other 2 in the same line were clogged and sewage backed up into the lowest sink (the one they originally rodded). Obviously, they had only pushed the problem futher down the line. We called them and they came out and said that it would be $120 to rod the drain again. I showed them the coupon that said $60 and 1 year guaranteed but they said that not only would they not honor their initial rodding but that despite the coupon they charge $120 if they have to take a trap off of a drain to rod out the sink. Despite our complaints and a call to the owner, they refused to honor their coupon, their original guarantee or cut their current price. So we told them to leave and had to call someone reputable to take care of the problem. Their overpriced sump pump supposedly has a 5 year warrantee on it, but I am not holding my breath on that one. Would strongly not recommend this company for anything.
