30+ years in business speaks for itself... We were very lucky to have come across Byrns Professional Painting. They are professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. Their work transforms any space and Les can be defined as a perfectionist. I liked the fact that almost everywhere you go in Elko and Spring Creek you can see the work of Byrns Painting.
I appreciated the fact that they do not cut corners are and state licensed. I would recommend Byrns Painting to anyone and will continue to use their services for years to come.

When I wrote my review about cutting corners I was a bit bothered by the circumstances. However, I don't harbor ill will against the company. I would use them again under different circumstances. I came to this site and tried to delete the "cutting corners" post but the system doesn't allow it. So I will just say that this is a good company. They did a good job with the painting.

A good company. Be specific with your instructions and hold them to those instructions and they'll do a good job.

Cut corners. Insisted on flat paint instead of semi-gloss as instructed. Left craters and gouge marks where wallpaper border was. Didn't bother to putty and patch, just painted over it. Painted over dry toilet paper on bathroom ceiling. Didn't mask and drop in certain areas, leaving paint on wall shelf and light fixtures. Followed previous unprofessional paint line on countertop backsplashes and tub/shower surrounds instead of using painters tape to protect them. Didn't inquire as to customer preferences (it would have been easy easy to use a razor to scrape off the previous paint line from the backsplashes and tub surrounds). This practice perpetuated an uneven and shoddy looking appearance. Most of all, when asked to fix it, treated customer with disdain and dismissiveness. Since customer didn't move as expect, he was put out and gave excuses for workmanship like, "you were supposed to be moving", as if that determines quality of workmanship. Abused my absence by cutting corners.
