GLB Construction & Land Services is a small independently owned service... I love what I do, & that's helping folks out & saving them $ money as well... I'm an honest guy, I'll shoot you straight...! I'm on the level...! I have over 30+ yrs experience, doing construction and land layout... If you are planning on building anything, like a fence. pond, lake, wall, landscape, any kind of structure of any sort & you need to stay within your boundaries, I can help you... I will verify all your corners, flag them...Most of the time, all I need from you is a survey plat, one that shows your tract & adjoining tracts, that way if I have trouble finding your corners, I can search adjoining lots and using that information I can figure out where your corners will be... I do research too, so I can get a plat, for a small additional cost...County Clerk will charge me ( you ) for copy...So if you or you know anyone that might be needing services such as mine have them, or yourself give me a call, or text me for quicker response, emails are OK, I just don't have a good Internet connection sometimes...
