They are not that smart!!!

I've been bringing my 5 month old son to Preferred Pediatrics since he was 3 months old. He has seen Dr. Jennifer Clark who is not very good with kids (She is very mean to my 3 year old nephew) she's not on the childs level. So I switched to Jennifer Bodin a nurse practitioner. She was wonderful at first but as I took my son to her more and more if ibhad a question such as "Can I use Orajel for his teething pain?" She always says "Oh I didn't use it with my daughter so I can't give you feedback on how it works." What? I didn't ask what you give your daughter. I'm pretty sure there's lots of things she hasn't given her daughter. Doesn't mean she can't tell me how it works! Also my son has hypospadias and chordea and he has hydronephrosis. Which mean his kidneys are slightly dilated and his urethra needs to be fixed via surgery. I noticed my son had a rash right on his belly where the his diaper is and I thought maybe he was allergic to the diaper but he has been on the same diapers since he was born. I switched from pampers swaddlers to pamper baby dry. Come to find out right when he would pee I could smell it. Turns out it was the diaper not my son but at the time I mentioned this to Jennifer Bodin I didn't know the pee smell was the diaper. She suggested they cath him. I said can't you bag him? I don't want to cath him. And she said well its better to cath him because bagging him isn't as clean. So I said then why do they have that option? And she said in case people don't want to do a catheter. She just kept saying over and over how cathing him is better then bagging him. I decided not to cath him since he would probably be cathed later on in a few months to find out why his kidneys are dilated. A few days later I mentioned what Jennifer Bodin said to me to my son's Urologist (kidney doctor) and he said well if the test is negative it's negative. A little bacteria isn't going to change a test. If they're just checking for urine then they could've just bagged him. No catheter is needed for that. Also they don't specialize in that and you don't want someone to mess it up the first time. Later when we saw Jennifer Bodin I told her what the urologist said and she said well the board of pediatrics say cathing them is the best and most accurate way to check for urine and Dr.Purcell says it as well. (another doctor there) . I couldn't believe she was arguing what the urologist told me! He specializes in that medical field! !! Jennifer Bodin is absolutely wonderful with children but she doesn't know a whole lot in the medical field it seems like to me!!! See a pediatrician NOT a stupid nurse practitioner !!!!
