very very greedy!!! did not have money at the time and they actually turned me away would not even set up payment plan. . really over 109 dollars . how do you sleep at night . very displeased !!!

RIP OFF! Dont' ever use this place they will rip you off. I went to see them for a routine check up and isn't it amazing they found a little spot on my eyelid that they said didn't look right. I told them that it had been there all of my life and I had another doctor tell me that it was nothing. Even after my assurance that it had been there all of my life they insisted on doing a biopsy just to make sure. I asked if my insurance would cover this and they said "no problem it will be covered". There is no doubt they did this for the money. When the pathology report came back I even had to call a week later to get the results. Everything was normal imagine that. That wasn't the end of it I got a bill for over $600 that my insurance wouldn't cover. When I called them to discuss the charge that I was assured would be covered. There response was there was "no way that they would know without someone from there office calling my insurance company" I asked them you mean someone would have had to actually do there job? They insisted that I should be the one that should know if my insurance would cover it. I feel that was misled and I was forced into having a procedure that I didn't need and I was lied to. I will never go there again and I will do my very best to tell everyone I know to go eleswhere.

This is the best dermatology practice in Spokane, the staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, they know what they are doing! Great work!

DR AND STAFF VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED. DR ON TOP OF HIS GAME. VERY VERY SHARP. KNOWS HIS STUFF. WOULD REFER TO FAMILY!!!!!!
