We used Ripley's Plumbing for a sewer line replacement. They were very timely and always courteous. They thoroughly explained every aspect of the project as they went. Plus they were great with our very curious boys.This was the third time we had them work on our pipes. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

Review for Ripley’s plumbingI had major drainage problems in my basement laundry room. My drain would back up on my floor, when the washer pumped all the water out..When the drain finally plugged up so bad, I had no choice but to get it fixed. Jeromie Ripley came over and examined my problem, I felt like he know more about plumbing than the other plumbers. I advised him I wanted someone that would be honest, trustworthy and a fair price.He gave me everything I ask for and exceeded my expectations. He had to replace 20 to 30 feet of rotted pipe, which included jack hammering the cement floor, putting in new pipe and covering with new cement. No other plumber I contacted included the removal and re- pouring the cement floor.I totally trusted Jeromie and his worker Brian. .I left them in my house alone for two days, so I didn’t have to miss any time from my job. I can’t give them enough praise for their exceptional work and trust. They have gained a loyal customer.

For general plumbing installation, they did fine and had competitive prices.However, one of their workers made a lot of mistakes and cut corners, causing our project to take longer than it should. They did quickly fix the mistakes we brought to their attention, but there is still one more issue to be resolved. Hopefully, the remaining issue is resolved satisfactorily. I should know within a week and will either post that it was resolved satisfactorily, or else will post details of the problem.

used them for some construction work on my familys new home. There jobs were sub par and for each new addition they added to my mom's home there had to be at least 3 or 4 call backs to fix a mistake. They also cut a lot of corners in the cleaning and removal of the asbestos and the mold behind the walls. Had a lot of run ins with there office manager Ms. Ripley

Went about their business i have had 3 different guys all clean cut and great workers will use them again.Thanks Ripley's Mary B
