They didn't have my product but knew they didn't have my product and pointed me in the right direction elsewhere. So even though I didn't buy from them this time I often do and it's always a well-informed and pleasant experience

This place is ...simply Z best! They give great advice, have cool tools, and can order the best stuff. Plus, their loaner tools are fantastic!

If you don't find the parts you need at Millers Hardware the great people working there can most likley order it for you. Better yet if your not sure what part you need or the best material for a project, these people know their stuff. Miller Hardware is a touchstone to the past where knowledge and service was the foundation of a business. I have had great luck finding hardware for older home remodeling projects that the big box stores just don't stock. This store is a neighborhood treasure. JWS
