The best place I have ever been to, they are patient with my kids. My kids love the horse and the train. The coloring books an toys are an awesome way to keep the kids entertained while waiting for their hair cut. To the person with the first comment I'm terribly sorry that you have such high standards for a Kids Salon. It has always been clean an NEVER been dirty. I would defiantly take my kids back there again!

I've taken my kids to Kids Kut for the past 3 years - each time, I always made excuses for the bad service - either the Gals are overworked, busy, having a bad day or whatever, but this last time I took them, is the last. First off the place is a dump - the "kid’s area" is very out dated - coloring books are all filled up with coloring - no clean pages for kids to color. The crayons are nubs... the "toy" box is full of non-functioning, 20 years old, "Happy Meal" type of toys... The manager clearly puts ZERO INVESTMENT in this business. The place doesn't appear to have had a deep cleaning in years... meanwhile kids are walking and crawling all over the dirty carpet and chairs. The pictures on the wall are from 15-20 years ago - no current pictures of current clients - at all. All of this I can overlook if the people that worked there were friendly and engaging to their customers - they are NOT. They act almost annoyed that you have come in. They act as though they can barely tolerate the kids - they don't engage the kids, they never bend down to their level to say Hi - My name is "......." , "What's your name.... and I'm going to cut your hair"... negative customer service. I can't believe this place is still in business. More importantly I can't believe I've patronized this place for so long... NEVER AGAIN!

I took my son of 9 months there but there was no movie playing for his first cut, but even then it was still pretty cool. I did like the chairs, they were cute! The lady was quick and worked great while my son squirmed around. They did have lots of toys as well. And cant argue with the price and free certificate of his first cut. I would come back and I live in colville.

She jerked my 1 1/2 year old around when he moved his head and got upset with him when he kept dropping his toy... he's a one year old for crying out loud. She also did not ask me what I wanted to do with his hair.. just started cutting. I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY. I only gave one star because it wouldn't let me post without it.
