Horrible service. Dr. Hart talked me into having a test done while I was there. Told me that it would be covered, all I had to do was take the test and he would take care of the rest. 3 months later I received a bill for over $600. When I called Dr. Hart he would not return my call but told the receptionist that there is nothing he could do. He is a scammer. Find any other doctor!!!!
