Nightmare experience with this retailer! First he promised for months to take my seats on my ultra rare Imperial Convertible! Then waited even
longer for his boat jobs to finish. Once he took the seats he promised
the job would be done no longer than 2 months. After he got the car
seats I heard excuse after excuse WHY they were not even started!
Relatives died, more relatives died, trips to Salt Lake, trips to Atlanta,
you name it more excuses. Tried to call him no answers, tried to text
no answers, then had a friend call him about new job he answered in
5 minutes. Then he promised them done on another date, no reply,
again, finally I had enough and demanded my seats back. He had
done a days worth a work and gave my priceless seats back to me in
pieces for someone to figure out. Considering legal action at this
point in time. Do not trust this guy? I have everything documented
in text messages. He comes across as your favorite uncle but then
all smoke and mirrors. I am furious and cannot believe there are
people like this ripping off the public..

After waiting 8 months and after many excuses, he left my couch and chair in my front yard, on the lawn with pending rain in the forecast, unfinished, maybe 10% done on the couch. He did this after I told him I was done being patient. Every time we went to check on the progress of our items, he had every time taken in new projects and our furniture was pushed to the back. I was hoping to have this finally for my 80th birthday in a few days. This business is Bad News! Wish I had checked with the BBB, as this is similar to other complaints that exist against him. One of my items, the chair was returned with grease and dirt on the back of it, this item only needed a cushion repair. I sent the chair back to him because he had previously made the cushion the wrong shape so it didn't fit all of the way back in the chair and it kept slipping out. He did not honor that repair and he does not keep his promises, he does not call back or answer his phone. I will add pictures if it lets me.
