Extremely confident with this clinic. Erin Sunders takes the time to listen to your concerns to determine a correct diagnosis. The treatment plans have always benefited my health. Dr. Wright is Awesome as well as everyone in the clinic.

When I was a pt. 10 years ago with Dr Stevenson I had nothing but compassionate excellent care. In that time I got very sick and missed 2 scheduled appointments and was thus dismissed as a patient. I have since found a RA doctor who is wonderful , but I am careful to call 48 hours ahead if I think I will miss an appointment due to flare or illness. Just don't miss an appointment. I think if you miss more than a few even if you do cancel they will drop you.

I have been a patient here for 7 years and never, ever had a bad experience. My RA has been managed wonderfully, both by Dr. Mueller and Dr. Valley. In fact, it has gone into remission. In bad times I was able to get in quickly to receive needed steroid injections into affected joints. I would fly back here for appointments even if I moved away!

I didn't know I was employed or property by this facility. 3 no call no shows? After all the years and the 3 hr commute to his office, they can not be compassionate enough to understand? Besides, my appointments would be booked 3-6 months out. Bad patient- doctor expectations and services. The wait even with a appointment is over 20 minutes. Disappointed and out raged.

I have been a patient here for a while. I have seen amazing staff come and go and they hire incompetent staff to take their place. Obviously management must NOT take care of/value the good employees that they have at this office because staff makes a practice successful. I like to go to a office and See a familiar face as it makes me comfortable and establishes trust - not someone new every time it really makes me want to Find a new office and if that means I go to Seattle then I will Go to Seattle! It is sad though because I Love my doctor (I see Dr. LaSalle) but his MA's are Horrible, Rude, Take their time to return your call, and when I am their I frequently hear about their personal lives, inappropriate conversations that offend me, and talking bad about other staff members amongst their little group their. I have spoke with their so called "office manager Robert" about my concerns and he is absolutely WORTHLESS. Just don't go to this office it's not worth it!

I only went here once and Dr. LaSalle was very nice and took time with me. But his support staff, from the front desk to the medical assistants seem to be very incompetent. It took over a month for me to be able to reach someone in order to get my lab results. This is after using the online portal, calling the front desk multiple times and asking for a live person, and speaking to a manager. If communication is important in your doctor, go somewhere else!

that i drove all they way out there from 45miles away for them to inform me that they didnt take my insurence and they all they offered was i am sorry. when my state and insurnce was all over my address and phone and address and phone number of my refrering docor
