We have had continuing problems over the past three years. Yesterday, they said they would blow out or sprinkler sometime during the day. It is amazing that we had to wait all day for a 20 min job. Well I waited all day. No one showed up. I called yesterday evening but they have not returned my call. This is typical of our experience many times. I will NEVER recommend Bestway, and will be using another lawn care company next year.

DO NOT sign until you read the bottom line they will get your $$$$ They continue your service the next year WIYHOUT your permission and expect you to pay.. they get you saying the 1st spray of the season is carry over from previous contract when you tell them you want to discontinue they come again and expect you to pay Had we not been home the second time!. we called said stop and they continued NOT A PERSONABLE BUSINESSGENTLEMAN APPLING SRAY is great oiffice NOT !!!!!!! DONT GET INVOLVED UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY!!Changed there name from Bestway to Bensway I wonder why??????

Very unethical company. Don't call them with questions or corrections about their services, because you will be treated rudely and not provided any resolution. If you looked up the antonym for customer service in the dictionary, you would see their name (in bold). Was only a customer for a short period of time (thank goodness!) to find this out.
