Although I can not speak for the workmanship I can say the customer service was absolutely horrible! I noticed on their website they advertised rebuilding services of generators, carburetors, fuel pumps, etc. So I brought my generator in to be rebuilt. When I dropped it off I was told it would take 2 weeks and would cost approximately $100. After three weeks of not hearing anything I called to simply inquire as to the status. I was told Oh, Its still on my shelf. I then asked if there was an estimated time of completion and I was told Nope. My crystal ball broke years ago. Thinking they were just kidding with me I asked again and was told I have no idea when it will be done. Well, I just decided that if a business could not give me any idea as to when they would do what they agreed to do I would simply pick up my part and take it elsewhere. When I picked it up I was offered no explanation and was simply handed my generator with a sarcastic Good luck. Again, have no idea what the quality of work would have been, but with service like that I do not plan to ever take anything else there. By the way Took the generator to Tobys Battery and Electric and they rebuilt my generator in two days. Wish I would have gone there first rather than wasting three weeks waiting for nothing from Antique Auto Ranch.
