I called NWIG with a broken bedroom window. To be fair I was told potentially up to two months to finalize repair. Which I was ok with as it was warm. After three months, no communication from NWIG UNLESS I CALLED THEM and every time I did they had no recollection of my project. So every time having to explain in detail the circumstances only to be further misled and given deadlines that weren?t met. Here we are 3 months later and still not fixed and have apparently lost my outer storm
Window frame??! Never again will I use or recommend this joint. Absolute joke.
I try when able to shop/utilize local family owned businesses but this joint obviously only caters to there ?big customers? and continually pushes there small guys to the back of the line. I?m guessing if I was a hospital they were hired to put glass in they?d be Johnny on the spot. What happened to customer service??!
I?d recommend keeping your customers more in the loop and not set deadlines you can?t meet. Horrible business practice.

They gave us a bid on a door at our church. Then they kept failing to meet deadlines that they gave us. When they finally did install a door, the put in the wrong lock with no pass through setting. There was no way to keep the door unlocked for people to enter the church. It took them 2 months and more broken deadlines before they replaced the lock and that was with the threat of non-payment hanging over them. It is now months later and I'm still waiting for them to send the 'release tool' that came with the lock so we can change the combination from the factory presets. I will never use or recommend Northwest Glass. Never again.

This used to be a great company to work with, but on the last project they did for us, they failed to meet several deadlines that they gave us. They also failed to call and let us know they would not be here when promised. The door, when finally installed, did not contain the pass through lock we specified. Several calls and weeks later, they still have not fixed it. My church will never use Northwest Glass again.
