Worst consumer experience EVER. A new roof that Hahn Roofing was paid thousands of dollars to install ended up being an expensive leaky roof that caused thousands of dollars in interior damage. During the initial installation of a new roof, instead of replacing rotting decking, Hahn Roofing papered and shingled over the rotting decking. Insurance company agreed it was Hahn Roofing's fault for not replacing the decking in the first place. Too cheap to replace 2 sheets of decking, that's all it would have taken to fix the roof properly. After bringing it to the attention of co-owner, he promised in-person more than once to take care of the problem, but ended up doing nothing. Had to pay another roofer to permanently fix the problem (and now it is fixed right). Hahn Roofing's company motto should be "We take care of the customer as long as it's convenient for us". Consumer beware...do your research and get other competitive bids before you choose Hahn Roofing.
