YP classifies one star as "dissapointing" and I would say this word fits my experiences with this agency perfectly. I think I've spoken with Kirk once, but mainly work with Tami F. Tami is not a good communicator and doesn't return emails. Her answers aren't clear, nor do they answer all of the questions in the email. She is semi polite but difficult to work with and gives a lot of excuses for not contacting me. Next to dissapointing, I think another appropriate word would be unhelpful. It might be time to move on.
