I bought a ring offline and it didn't fit correctly so I took it to Queen's Jewekers and Nikki was able to resize the ring to fit and they did it pretty cheap too!

I bought my fiancé a wedding band before Thanksgiving. Had a couple of issues after sizing. Queens did everything possible to make us happy with our purchase. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Very nice people to work with.

They are rip off artist! We bought a ring from them that was suppose to be sterling silver & it turned my finger brown. Went to them to find out why & was told it was because it was dirty. Had it cleaned.....same thing.....brown finger. Took it back again. Same lies-it's dirty, you are allergic to silver (which I'm not), etc. Took it to another jeweler (not in the mall) & had it tested....IT"S NOT EVEN SILVER! Went back and ask for a refund but instead of admitting they were caught and refunding the money they called mall security.

If you are looking for a real ring at a reasonable price with great customer service in Westgate mall go to Diamond Couture. I have had a wonderful experience every time i have dealt with them. They even offered to give me store credit for someone elses fake ring- you cant get much better than that!

Found out the 10k necklace that was purchased there was not even GOLD! Took it to a local shop for repair after it broke only a day after wearing to to find this out. When addressed with the store the said they had no clue what happened and would "special" order a new one. This is a basic chain they should have there all the time why "special" order. Well after the turn time they suggested on order, called to only find out from the guy it would take an additional 3 weeks, they were not sure what happened and decided to refund the purchase. You are getting scammed from this place. For the positive reviews above you might want to make sure what you purchased was REAL.

This Store has extellent pricing! They have Ring upto 3, 4, 5 ctw and there prices and services are exclusive. I had purchased may be around $20000 in 3 years in this store. I compared all the diamond store like Kay, Zales, Helzberg but this is the best one. recently I purchased 1.0 ct VS1 clarity F color GIA Certified Round Diamond for $5399 and I love their cleaning and polishing services, every time I visit their store they rhodium/polish and make all my jewelry like brand new... Everyone must see this store before making any purchase in Westgate Mall...A+++ Store

and they were selling it for $7999.00....
