Service sucked food was late food was cold didn't put utensils in didn't put any extra sauces in as requested if I could give this a negative review on the Stars I would not recommend this place nor will I ever order from here again

I just tried to order a pizza. They got all my information and where I lived then placed me on hold. I am in the restaurant business. There are too many options for places to eat for poor service. Just lost a customer

It took an hour and fifty minutes to deliver a cold pizza that I didn't order. I went to the Pizza Hut web site to give my compalaint and was told, based on my date of birth, I was not able to give my feedback due their privacy policy. I mean, come on, they can't be serious. DO NOT order from this restaurant unless you want the worst service you can imagine. There are plenty of other places to order pizza and get the service you want and deserve, and a better product instead.
