I'm a YouTube diy-er when it comes to repair or replacement of that which is mine. I've been to McRey's twice now for my plumbing needs, and will be back. Mostly, because they provide what YouTube and the big box stores can't: experience with actual aging plumbing. YouTube can tell you how to replace something. What they won't tell you is the likelihood of a snowball project that has you tearing into your wall to replace crumbling piping behind what you're working on. Today I was wanting to replace some aged/leaky/unsightly shower pieces, but was hesitant to start because I just couldn't do a snowball project right now. McRey's put my mind at ease, knew exactly what I needed, and even loaned me the specialized tool I needed to get the job done free of charge. It's nice to find a place that has a small-town feel in a metropolitan area.

My husband and I love Mc Rey's. Rick Chapman and Joe Tutarow (hope this is spelled correctly) always are so helpful. They have such great customer service and know exactly what we need. They always go above and beyond the call of duty.
