I would NOT recommend this company to anyone,my daughter had a hot water heater problem,called them to come out.A man came out won't say his name,I told him what it was doing,he looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about showed him the hwh he said well here is the problem it is leaking bad,and its a 1999 heater,I told him the hwh was working the water was getting hot just didn't have pressure,he lifted the pressure valve up and said see it is sucking air you need a new hwh,I reached over his head and grabbed where he said it was leaking and it was dry,I told him that isn't wet he said oh you can see where it has been leaking.Now in all fairness my daughter hooked a hose to drain it at the bottom and didnt get it turned all the way closed and it was dripping a little there do you think this PLUMBER would have turned the handle right-wrong.He said he would right me an estimate and how soon would my daughter get back with him to come replace it,he handed me a paper with an estimate for over a 1,000 with the reasoning stating,"water heater is leaking from several places due to age and water leaks and severity of the leak a full replacement is recommended,and charged my daughter 49.00.After he left I leaned down and turned the handle on the draining outlet and it stopped dripping.I feel that my daughter was ripped off,He came out here and saw a women and thought we would buy this,I may be a women but I am far from being stupid. this site won't let me post unless I give a star rating ihave to give it a one to get this posted It is not a one It is a nothing
