Great service, on time, knowledgeable. The tech actually told me to my best option was to contact the manufacturer since the warranty was still in effect. I respect a company that provides an option like this, rather than just dropping a proposal for service. I would recommend to everyone this company.

Jason came by to check the TXV which was giving variable readings during the initial visit when the condenser coils froze due to dirty evaporator coils. The unit performed after the coils were cleaned and thawed. The TXV was checked and it performed normally. We appreciate Jason's thoroughness and professional care.

I've lived in Warren County for about 20 years, and I may have used 20 companies during that time span to eradicate problems with our air conditioning and heating unit. Unfortunately, I have never been fully satisfied with any service, as problems have either been misdiagnosed and/or charges to fix issues have been inordinate.

At the risk of sounding overly critical, many of the technicians seemed to lack requisite knowledge to determine underlying malfunction causes.

Performing a Google search, I found R. Poust, Inc. Heating and Cooling, and I noticed a myriad of positive reviews. Although cynical (in the vein of 'too good to be true.'), I called the company and made an appointment.

I had the good fortune to secure Matt's help. He provided an overview of what may be causing the latest issue, and tested the unit.

Matt had to come back twice because the unit was literally frozen the first time. He made time in his schedule, even at 7 PM the second time, just so we would not have to wait long to cool the house.

After his examination, Matt determined it simply lacked refrigerant, although he could have easily tried to sell me parts, as other companies have done over the years. Once again, he explained the source of the problem, and quickly fixed the unit.

Matt was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly -- the best possible technician I could have asked for. He is to be commended for a job well done, and is an incredible asset to the R. Poust team.

I will ONLY use this company if/when future problems with the unit occur, confident that I'll receive 5+ star service, and at a very reasonable price.

Robby was efficient in diagnosing the issue regarding my 2 1/2 years old ac. He explained to me exactly what was going on and assured me he has properly documented the issue so I would not be responsible if anything happens going forward. He was professional and introduced himself. I sincerely appreciate his thoroughness in completing the job.

Larry was personable and informative. He guided us through the process of choosing the correct model for our needs and clearly explained the installation process and requirements.

Kyle and Jason were very professional and knowledgeable. The work was done professionally and I would definitely refer them to other people.
