Worst business ever! It's super cluttered with baby things and business hours are inconsistent. Also, they lost my certified mail and blamed USPS for it. When asked for their records (USPS informed me that all shipping businesses that are operating correctly should have a record on file of all certified mail that is getting picked up), I was told they didn't have any and suggested I look for it at USPS myself. Since they don't have a record and I did not get a tracking, there is no proof that my mail was processed correctly, I just have to take Heather's word for it. Awful people!

Very unprofessional. Worker brings 2 year old daughter to work everyday, see the child sitting on peoples packages. Also, frequently opens late or leaves early. Seen carriers waiting to deliver packages because no one was at store during regular business hours. I was given other people's mail/package on three different occasions. Once the three months I paid for is up I will be seeking a new provider.
