Provided by YP.comDo NOT use this service. They are dishonest cheats. They claim to have lawyers working for you which is false, they send generic letters which you are not allowed to see, charging $ for every letter sent, which only corrects misspelled names and addresses that do not affect your credit in anyway. People working there even tell me they are a rip- off. They like to tell you it's a waiting game after sending letters, but when the times comes, nothing happens, but more letters. They hope to "catch" the credit agencies off guard in order to ask for the items to be removed, no trick there... If you want to correct your credit, read the laws "fair credit reporting act" at www.ftc.gov, and dispute the issues yourself.
This person claims that we do not use attorneys and use generic letters, that is untrue and the proof is in the dispute letters on legal letterhead with an attorney signature. Correcting misspelled names and address is a service we do for free. This person must be confused with another service they have used in the past because all the workers love their job, love the success they give to their clients and love the fact that they help people get back on their feet. The attorneys use the laws of the Fair Credit Reporting Act to attack the credit bureaus to get negatives removed.
