We own a small business and had one of our trucks get a flat while in Spanish Fork. Our employee couldn't loosen one of the lug nuts on the truck but needed to hurry and get to the rest of that day's scheduled appointments so he called Shelly's Auto. Even though our truck was only five blocks away and took the mechanic the total of 15 minutes to come out and take the tire off, he charged $90. That's $360 per hour!! Then, if that wasn't enough, on top of that, Shelly's Auto charged another $140 for a low performance, low budget tire to replace the tire on the truck. No one should every recommend such poor and unprofessional service at such high prices. Shelly's Auto makes highway robbery look like a good deal? Even in an emergency I would recommend you look elsewhere!

I've gone to Shelley's numerous times without any problems. Their services and price range were great and fair! No complaints but satisfied with their business.

My husband and I have been to Shelly's several times (6-8x) and we have had a wonderful experience with them every time. We go in for oil changes, tire rotations, safety and emissions, and other basic car repairs. They have always been quick but effective, friendly and honest, and have had prices better than most if not all of their competitors. Quick story to illustrate, we had squeaky breaks and because of the age we thought they probably need replaced. We take the car into Shelly's and they do some simple work on it and sent us out the door without charging us a single dollar!! It would have been easy for them to put on new breaks and charge us labor but they were too honest to do it. Whenever I service my car another place closer to my home or something, I regret it and I'm reminded just how uniquely wonderful Shelly's Auto is. They have a forever customer in me. Thank you Shelly's Auto!!

1 star is a compliment to these hacks, they told me I needed a $300 catalytic converter for my emissions test and it turned out the code for the check engine light was leak in a $2 piece of hose. After having gone there all my friends have told me they've had similar rip off experiences with this guy, this is this guys 3rd FAILED business, each under a different name. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great customer service, Fast, and Great Price

I have been to Shelly's three times now and have never been so appreciative of a mechanics. The second time I went in for squeaking breaks that didn't end up needing any work done, though they could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, instead they sent me home without it costing me a thing. The biggest stress for me when I have car problems is finding an honest mechanic, especially with so many bad experiences throughout the years. They are really upfront, show you what is going on, and have very reasonable prices. Impressed enough to write a review.

I'm not sure what these other comments are referring to because I have nothing but great things to say about Shelly's!! Their prices are better than anywhere in the county and there customer service is the best I've seen in years. It's about time Spanish Fork got a shop like this again!! I would definitely recommend Shellys to anyone!!

nevermind its not worth the time

I wish I could rate with a 0. RUN with your pocketbook. This company did our emissions and safety and said we needed a $300 repair that they could do for us. We had two independent mechanics look at it and NOTHING was wrong. BEWARE of this business.
