I had a very unprofessional and dissatisfying experience. I took two sports jackets in 2 weeks ago. One needed to be altered and one dry cleaned. I asked how long to alter. They said 3 days. They took the order and said one jacket would be done in 3 days and the alteration would be done in 10 days. A bit longer than the original 3 days but ok. I gave them extra time and came back in 14 days. They only had one jacket. The altered jacket was not back. I looked at the dry cleaned jacket and it still had chalk and some dried food stuck to the sleeves. The sleeves were not even pressed. Very wrinkled. I pointed it out. They called their manager and told her "the customer claims there is a spot on the sleeves. What should I do." Obviously not pleased with my feedback. The manager said they would re-clean at no charge and said it would take another week. This is longer than the original time for dry cleaning. So not only did they not expedite but punished me with a longer time. They also said to check back in a week for the altered. No calls, no research, just check back. I am scared to see how the alterations went. I recommend you avoid this place unless it is your absolute last resort.

This dry cleaners is amazing. They truly do go above and beyond any cleaner Iv ever used. They take such care if every item I have had cleaned, honest friendly and have always treated me right as a customer. I appreciate the extra care they give and the free pick up and delivery service is amazing. It's so simple and easy to use. Love this service an recommend highly. If you are a frequent user if dry cleaner services like ourselves I def recommend trying this company....

Do not go here!!! They rip you off!!! They say they do free pick up and delivery but they charge you extra for things that I've never had a dry cleaner charge for. They don't let you know that they are going to charge you extra, they just do it and you have to pay because they already do the service. They charged me extra because my wool jacket had a belt, my skirt needed extra care because it was silk and had a lining, and my blouse was silk and needed extra care. They charged me extra for everything I sent in. They were all regular dry clean items, and i have never needed 'extra' care. I have had spots on items before, but that was necessary for extra care. I believe it was because I used a coupon and they didn't want to give the discount! Seriously, go with a different dry cleaning company! They were not even nice or cooperative! They gave me a quote and changed it with bogus reasons. I would not have given them one star, but that's the lowest you can give! Go with this company if you want to get ripped off and bad service!
